Thanks again Pete for providing insight into another community! I learn so much watching your videos! This one was great! I would love to visit TV and meet Jim with the motorcycles! He seems like a fun dude. Definitely going to consider this place! I do have concerns about the quality of construction of the homes. I’ve lived in North TX the past 30 plus years ready to move but not ready to retire! Nothing keeping me in North TX, where the temps and climate are similar to central FL. Will research how to make a visit tour! I suppose the website will connect me to someone that can assist with this. Or if Heather reads the comments maybe she can hook me up! As I watched this currently on a vacay in Madeira Beach Fl. Love this place! And if they really do have single clubs… just a plus! Thanks again!

In order to present the objective view on The Villages, need to meet with the reps of police dept., fire dept., city clerk. Meet with the residents of the North End of the community. Speak to community chaplain. Meet with the reps of financial institutions, and business owners within
The Villages. Speak to the editor of local newspaper. The public needs to have a realistic perspective about the Villages. There is more than enough promo presentations.

I spent a lot of summers in the Villages when my grandma moved there. As soon as I hit my early teens I realized what this place was. I raced go carts as a kid and was mature and good enough to drive golf carts that everyone uses there. The locals would yell at me and even run me off the road because I looked too young to drive. I was a quiet kid and I got nothing but bullied by a bunch of entitled elderly people. Most of them are awesome people enjoying their golden years, but many forget what its like to live in a normal society any get angry at anything that might deviate the norm.

He was surprised the HOA fee wasn't more? $290 a month is $3,480 a year. $290 a month x 145,000 homes is $42,050,000 a month, $504,600,000 a year. It should be badass for that kind of money.
