30th Birthday Stay at Grand Palladium
The arrival was a little rough but other than that I had a great stay at the resort. When we stayed in the suite on the first level it was cool but it was pretty muggy on the second floor. Also, the staff at the TRS pool could have been a little bit more friendly.

FERNANDO IS THE BEST!!!
It is our second day here at the resort and Fernando (Speedy Gonzalez) at the Beach Pool has been SO welcoming and amazing in every single way! He always keeps a drink in our hands and makes sure we have everything we need and more. We will be visiting this pool or wherever Fernando will be serving for the remainder of our visit because of his exceptional service! Thank you Fernando!

Awesome time
Really great experience, servers are having a good time serving their customers. Overall really happy! You should really try this, you wont want to miss out! The food was really good and tasty not like your typical restaurant. Clearly a higher level of expectation.

Le Petite Chef is an Experience you need
Le Petite Chef at Grand palladium was an absolute amazing experience! So unique and so memorable! The staff Marco and Íker were so kind and efficient!! The food was also very good and tasty! Truly an awesome experience !

Book the trip!
We really enjoyed this resort. The beach and pool area never felt crowded and the food and drinks were great. My only complaint would be the people near us that would come back to their room and slam the door in the middle of the night. That could happen anywhere though. Would definitely recommend!
