You need tp do Xcaret occidental also a barcelo hotel. The best they have to offer if you are going g to go down to the Riviera maya away from Cancun. Love this place ❤️

I love that resort as a teen. I certainly always adore those beautiful sunrises and the atmosphere of hearing the sounds of nature. Have been their 6 times and never regret my stay. Going July 27- August 6!!!

My first time in Cancun last year and my family and I stayed at Barcelo Maya Colonial and the beach right Infront of our hotel in particular was the best! We got ppl on the beach saying the same thing who've been to many different resorts and they say they come back because the beach is one of their faves so that was good to hear. No seaweed at all until we started leaving so we were blessed all week without much of it. We went in early May. I loved the resort and can't wait to go back to Mexico!
